Terms of Use

The essentials about training with Kalstheno, purchasing a subscription, and managing your access.
Kalstheno is developed and operated by Dipanshu, based in India. Contact [email protected] for questions about these terms or the service.
1. Your app license
The Kalstheno app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement governs the app license. These terms explain Kalstheno-specific service and subscription conditions and do not replace the standard EULA. Apple’s applicable media-services terms also govern App Store transactions.
Kalstheno content, branding, and software belong to their respective rights holders. Use the app and website lawfully and within the license granted to you; do not redistribute app content or misuse the service.
2. General fitness guidance
Kalstheno provides general exercise programming and tracking. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for an in-person coach or qualified healthcare professional.
Consider your ability, equipment, and surroundings before exercising. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, a health condition, or symptoms that make exercise unsafe. Stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms. The app’s pain flags and substitutions do not diagnose an injury or establish that an exercise is safe for you.
Training recommendations depend on the information you enter. Progression thresholds are coaching heuristics, and results vary; no particular skill, timeline, fitness result, or injury prevention is guaranteed.
3. Age and eligibility
Kalstheno is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are a minor under the law where you live, use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. A parent or guardian must authorize purchases and provide any consent required by applicable law. Do not use the service where local law prohibits it or its required conditions cannot be met.
4. Kalstheno Pro subscriptions
A Kalstheno Pro subscription is required to access training after onboarding and the plan reveal. The app’s purchase screen shows available products, duration, your local price, and any applicable offer before you confirm a purchase. This website does not promise a free trial or a particular price.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, subject to any offer shown by Apple.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Renewal charges follow the price and conditions shown by Apple.
- If an introductory or trial offer is available, its eligibility, duration, and renewal price are shown before purchase. Follow the displayed cancellation deadline to avoid renewal.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues for the period already paid for, subject to Apple’s rules.
- Deleting Kalstheno or its stored data does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover eligible purchases associated with the same Apple Account. RevenueCat validates subscription access on Kalstheno’s behalf. If a subscription expires, training access pauses and your saved progress is retained in the app’s storage.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law. See Apple’s subscription-cancellation instructions for help managing renewal.
5. Your records and privacy
Your training records and photos are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You control the information you enter and the copies you choose to share. iCloud synchronization, Apple Health, purchases, and other platform services also depend on Apple’s and the relevant providers’ availability and policies.
Check what is stored before deleting app, iCloud, or Health data. The app does not guarantee recovery of records that you remove.
6. Availability and changes
App availability may differ by country or device. The service can be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or provider outages. Features and these terms may change as Kalstheno develops; material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
The standard EULA addresses warranty and liability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
